Kinda serious..CTE stuff.....my high school team basically quit mid season because of not enough players. Lots of parents not letting or wanting there kids to play football these days.

Flag Football is coming on here fast. Parents don't want their kids taking those hits until they really have to. They still learn the fundamentals without the physical beating. Half the league can't tackle anyway cuz they all wanted to blow the other guy up. But there were a few years where guys were headhunting needlessly. I'd be interdasted how guys like Ronnie Lott are doing now.

LaVar Ball said Wednesday that he's launching a basketball league for nationally ranked players who have graduated from high school but don't want to go to college.
Ball said his Junior Basketball Association -- which he said is fully funded by his Big Baller Brand -- plans to pay the lowest-ranked player a salary of $3,000 a month and the best player $10,000 a month. Ball is looking for 80 players to fill 10 teams that will seek to play at NBA arenas in Los Angeles, Dallas, Brooklyn and Atlanta.
