Kyrie demanded a trade Boston offered up the best possible deal at the time. An all nba player and what looked at the time to be a top 3 pick. Once it became apparent that IT2 had a hip injury, this no longer became true. Cavs certainly took their time and entertained all suitors. Milwaukee offered Brogdon & Middleton and it was believed that CLE had a chance at getting their 1st round pick, too. Phoenix was offering Bledsoe and a 1st round pick, but CLE was holding out for Josh Johnson Pacers offered PG13 straight up, several times and CLE declined (I get that CLE was looking to the future, a la draft picks, but this would've been good for one last run and a bunch of cap space). There was also reportedly a deal to send Love to Denver, Gary Harris to Indy, and PG13 to the Land. If they pull that AND the PHX deal, they would've looked pretty good. |

Cards or Suns Well they both have the chance to have a rebound year coming up, new coaches, new players, fresh starts. The suns especially have every opportunity to turn the team around. The Los Angeles Lakers have informed rival teams no player on their roster is untouchable in trade scenarios.
The Lakers would prefer to keep their young core in place, particularly Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma and Josh Hart.
The Lakers have worked to position themselves for the 2018 and 2019 free agent classes ever since Magic Johnson and Rob Pelinka were hired to run their front office.
Some around the league believe the Lakers would be Kawhi Leonard's preferred destination should he be traded by the Spurs this offseason.

So rumors floating that KAT and Wiggins aren’t happy in Minn. then Kat posted a pic wearing a devin booker jersey today. Could he be hinting on wanting a trade to the suns?

Do any of you guys actually see a guy who can help carry a franchise? I see it in Ayton and Bagley, and moreso Ayton. Bagley seems more like a #2 unless he develops a consistent mid-long range jumpshot
