So the Lakers think they can recreate Miami's success by having Lebron and AD surround by league minimum vets. I'm actually curious to see how they fill out the roster and how they stack up in the loaded West. they going for next year. If KD leaves....

I like the trade for Philly, but is Tobias ready to take a back seat for a chance at the ECF? I think he's ready. The Clippers played unselfishly. He's gonna get paid so money won't be an issue. It vaults Philly past Boston. I don't think they can beat Philly in a seven game series now. Boston has a deeper team but less experience with Hayward not fully back. Forget the North??

Reggie Bullock to the Lakers for Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk
Decent pickup, but not enough to avoid losing games by 40.

Getting out from under Brandon Knights contract is a no lose scenario And if this trade goes through, then CLE really has no faith in Sexton. this isn't about Knight for the cavs...its about the draft pick.

Holy CRAP are the Lakers in deep ish! Getting blown out like that and the probability of new Orleans and the Celtics both making a mistake have this season looking rocky... I can't understand why Danny would ruin what he's worked so hard to build to rent ad for a season. Tatum is a legit Superstar why trade him away for anybody? You don't need to. These guys should've proven themselves with their performance sans Irving and Gordon now you watching them lose chemistry and are making it worse? Irving might leave and instead of adding to win now you gonna hold chips for a summer trade?? Just dumb. Trade Terry for vucevic and go for the title!!! Worry about your own stupid team that now hates lebron because he tried to trade them all away for ad. Danny knows what he is doing. If he trades Tatum to get ad then he knows ad and Irving are both signed long term.

When I saw the Clips on ADs list I thought it was another case of Lebron clearing all the talent to weaken a WC opponent like he did when he screwed Cleveland into taking all the Lakers' bad contracts.

Jason Kidd, now living back in Phoenix, has been promoting himself to succeed Luke Walton as Lakers coach. Kidd wants back in while he still pockets $5 million this season from the Bucks, along with another $5 million he’ll get from Milwaukee next season. – via Sporting News

I had the same deal in mind with Morris in place of Baynes. No way. Morris better and now valuable to help them chip this year. Terry is the draw because of his restricted status. He's the only truly valuable piece they need to send

Worst case scenario Kyrie walks which leaves you with brown and Tatum ready to be all Stars and smart signed at point. That's a great spot to be in!!!

But Orlando's gotta get something in return. They would be getting A HUNGRY Terry to be their lead guard for the next 3 years at a very reasonable price. They won't have to pay big money to Bamba, Isaac or whoever they get this year before then. And along with Gordon they can start being competitive. You're trading a guy your CLEARLY not going to resign for a major asset you can use it makes all the sense in the world for Orlando.

Oh yeah, congrats Philly. Picking up Tobias for nothing was a CLUTCH move! So if Jimmy leaves you sign Harris or gain mad Cap space if they both leave.
If they can move fultz for some legit vet pieces or get some from buyouts they might become the favorite.
How do you check them??
