Show Good series last week. I was sweating it till closing. And soooooo close. 3 cats by 1 point. It was a good matchup. Sucks not having KD for a few games. If I would've played Kelly Olynyk over Terrence Ross on Sunday, I would've won. Weird when it comes down to which 3rd-tier guy you should start. Good luck to you.

INTREDASTING... See this is where "advanced" metrics get blurred. Thomas's numbers can't translate properly it just wasn't the same game. The assist rate on 3's the most telling of the point. 90+% of the dudes he played with weren't even REMOTELY capable of every THINKING about shooting a 3! How could he possibly do ANYTHING in that category it was a totally different game! I'll tell you this, Chris Paul is a great player and Hof guy. Playa coach was on another level and might lead today's NBA in scoring AND assists... Funny to hear from the guy who was just arguing that a guy from today's game is better than a guy from the 90s (we won't name names).

Pain,
Why you gonna leave Bagley rotting away on the injured list?

It's obviously hindsight so it definitely looks crazy. But Magic getting rid of DLo and Randle, two REALLY young guys, that have both still not entered their prime, was such a lunatic move.
Have those two moves even turned into anything positive/promising for the Lakers franchise?

Pain, Why you gonna leave Bagley rotting away on the injured list? I was waiting for Yahoo to make Gordon IL instead of out. Didn't expect that line last night.

Could he really have done this with the Lakers, though? It really helps when talented players go to basement teams with no hope. They get a chance to grow and shine. The Lakers never give up hope.

I say it’s the hair and tattoos more than the change of scenery And I’m pretty sure the Lakers have given up all hope of anything good this season

Coach said letting him be a true PG gave him focus that he wasn't able to get in LA. Combination of bad management and bad player development was the problem. He didn't just become talented. There's a reason he was a lottery pick. And were the Lakers not a basement team at the time?

He's a legit AS in the East. The Nets are only in the playoffs because it's the East, but he's still showing he's probably a legit #2 scorer on a real team. Which team is missing a guy like that...hmmm

LeBron missed 137 games!
And I'm A FAN of the Lakers. Period. Liking another team or appreciating players doesn't change your alliance.
Enjoy it while you can bishs cause next year the league is falling back under control of the EMPIRE...

And the timing here is crucial. The Lakers need to project stability going into yet another critical offseason if they hope to attract a second superstar to pair with James. After Paul George ignored the Lakers last summer, most league insiders believe the biggest names in this year’s loaded class of free agents will follow his lead. – via The Athletic
