I can't believe I just saw pop throw in the towel and waive gasol. Just, wow.
End of an era is official now.
Bucks ain't faking around they're going for it NOW like they're supposed to.
I'm confused at them extending a pending UFA at the end of a season though. Not only did I not know that could even be done but is this not an unprecedented first time this has happened? Very interesting.
Oh and LoL @kylie done quit on the Celtics already!!!

Why is this throwing in the towel?

Or maybe they have one, and that identity is discontent. I spent some time around the team over the past few days, in Boston. After Friday’s win against the Wizards, all you could hear was the thud of Semi Ojeleye’s weights hitting the floor behind a closed door next to the Celtics locker room. Besides a short conversation between Irving and Rozier, everyone in the locker room was quiet. According to various team reporters, it’s been like that all year, no matter if the team wins or loses. – via The Ringer

Bish weren’t you a massive kyrie stan just a few weeks ago No. I have Kylie and always have. Always will. Actually I just had that conversation yesterday HE'S the problem with the Celtics On Sunday afternoon, Boston Celtics guard Kyrie Irving was entering TD Garden ahead of a nationally televised game against the Houston Rockets. Ordinarily, it would be the kind of moment Irving lived for: a big stage, a big opponent, and a big moment. “I’m not gonna miss any of this ish when I’m done playing,” said Irving. Someone standing nearby noted that the lights and cameras are all part of basketball. Irving responded, “I don’t care if it is.” – via The Ringer

Four years after naming McDonough general manager, Sarver acquired some live goats from a Diana Taurasi event at Talking Stick Resort Arena and planted them upstairs in McDonough’s office. The stunt was both a practical joke and an inspirational message—the Suns should find a GOAT of their own, one who dominates like Taurasi. The goats, unaware of their metaphorical connotation, proceeded to defecate all over McDonough’s office.

The Lakers had been leaning toward signing Carmelo Anthony for the rest of the season — until losses in four of the past five games left the organization and Anthony’s camp wondering if it made sense to bring the veteran into an unsettled environment with suddenly so little chance of making the playoffs, league sources said.
Pretty bad when a team sucks so bad that even busted-ass old Melo doesn’t want to play for it

Show I haven't watched the Nuggs since IT came back. Is he gunning? Coach keeps saying he needs to get others involved and understand how they play. Can he fit a system or will he always be the same player?

Can he fit a system or will he always be the same player? I haven't watched a game since IT came back, either. I don't have cable (I do have Sling) and can only catch games when they're on national TV. Word on the street is that he's gunning and while that's classic IT, it's not Nuggets basketball. Malone hasn't called him out by name, but I think the mentality may be contagious. In IT's defense, he's playing for a contract, in Denver or otherwise.
