So, all in on Kyrie? AD? Rozier? J and J? Thoughts for summer? I Feel the Celtics Summer comes down to 3 questions that need to be answered. 1. Does Kyrie want to be in Boston and can he Conform to the system. Which in part is helping Tatum advance to that next level. 2. Does Danny Feel like Kyrie is a Fit for the Future of this club. 3. Is this Post Ankle Injury Hayward what he is Or is he still bouncing back from his Gruesome injury.. My Feeling to those question are 1. I dont think Kyrie liked the Pressure that comes with playing in Boston. Just listing to the way his relationship changed with the media over the course of the season says alot. So i think He will want out. 2. I think after season the way J and J played last post season and At times this post season i think Danny knows he needs to build around Tatum. I feel he and Brad both Love Brown as well but i think he would be expandable if the right deal came along.. 3. Im torn on Hayward but if they feel the current hawyard is the new Normal they i think they need to look to move him now while he still will have value before that contract becomes unmovable in the next couple of seasons. I agree Kyrie was a bit cupcake-ish and wants out. Like he didn't know he'd be interviewed...a lot I also agree Tatum has superstar potential. That's also why NOP will want him for AD. I think Hayward is still getting his legs under him. He had to get over the mental aspect of the injury, which took most of the first half of the season. Then he had to integrate into a crowded field while trying to get his rhythm back. As a full time starter, I think he makes another leap next season, more to his old self.

I do feel Danny would give up Brown in a deal for Davis and a part of me would think NOP would relent.. especially with that Potential Grizzly pick with is Top 8 protected this year, Top 6 next year and unprotected in 2021.. As far as hayward you hit the nail no the head with the Crowded Backcourt thing. If we still have Brown, Smart and Tatum back their im not sure where he Fits. If they bring back Rozier and Irving thats even less minutes for Hayward..

How were they beating Houston when you already declared after game 4 that Houston was on the verge of winning it? All 5 games they've played have been ultra tight games and Houston won 2 so far. I predicted them to win 4. Pre Durant injury. What's so hard to understand? Well that prediction aged poorly

Lacob happily made that declaration in the wake of Friday night’s 118-113, series-clinching Game 6 victory over the Houston Rockets after watching the pair combine for 60 points and lead the Warriors to their fifth straight Western Conference finals appearance. “Obviously, my intention is to keep them as part of our organization forever,” Lacob told ESPN. “That’s our goal. We’ll see what happens.” – via ESPN

Given where the bar was set going into the season, every game after that first round Game 7 has been a bonus game for the Nuggets. I'd love to see them make the Conference Finals (and I've had $5 of house money on them making the NBA Finals at +2000 since March), but I'm already very happy with the way this season has played out and don't really care if they lose Sunday. Nice way to concede the defeat you KNOW your team has coming. Them Jokers gonna have 20+ TO's cause they ALL coming to the game ultimately high from paranoia! And Dame/CJ are just better and on another level right now. The hunger is with them... Confirmed the Nuggets will win the series now. Thanks a lot, Ridge. I was pulling for the Blazers

“First off, we’re a better team with KD. When we have our full roster, I don’t need to shoot as much,” Iguodala told Yahoo Sports. “When we got three motherf---ers who can go off for 40 or 50 at any time, I’m not going to be taking shots away from them. If I’m open, we can probably get a better shot if I swing it. But when KD’s not with us, I have to take those shots because they’re doubling Steph, and I have to try to make the defense pay. That’s just being smart. I’m not going to take shots away from those motherf---ers. I know what I can do out there. I still have confidence in my abilities.”

“All my life I have played to win titles,” Parker said. “Charlotte being a mid-table team, sometimes you have trouble getting up in the morning to motivate yourself. I spent 17 years in San Antonio, at the beginning of the season, I thought we had a chance to win the title.”
Bishes squandered a chance to have a future HOFer on the team. When he played he was still good. And still making less than Biz

Hats off to the champs.
Gritty ish!
Harden with 5 missed free throws and 6 turnovers appears to be there difference.
That and capela shrinking in the spotlight. He should've DOMINATED the paint in this series.

I don't understand how if Lue is your first choice you can't work out a deal and go hire someone you weren't even interested in previously.
Unreal.

If you wanted him they should have made him HC. But instead they bring him in to be Vogel’s top assistant which is a course for failure because now Vogel is gonna be looking over his shoulder the whole time. Was Kidd’s hire just to appease lebron?

If they bring back Rozier and Irving thats even less minutes for Hayward.. The mitigating factors are largely evident. Though most point to the original injury back in October 2017, there was also a second surgery in March 2018 to remove hardware from the ankle. Add to that fewer minutes and fewer shots than that to which he was accustomed and the fact Hayward was sticking to the offense when others around him often weren’t, and you have a rough recipe. There is room to question whether he will, under the circumstances here and perhaps lingering physical concerns, ever be the player he was before. That’s true for most anyone. Hayward is simply looking forward to the opportunity to be better. “It’s definitely been an experience this year, and it’s one that I’ve never had to go through,” he told the Herald. “But I think with all things, you can learn from it and you can use it, and that’s what I’ll try to do this summer. – via Boston Herald

Here's your answer! Garbage organization So what does that say to Vogel? Ya this ain’t gonna cause a power struggle down the road Lol But Vogel is the head coach, so Kidd’s history shouldn’t be as significant a factor, right? It could be a “disaster,” the executive said. “Kidd as an assistant is what I am most concerned about,” essentially suggesting Vogel needs to watch his back. – via Bleacher Report

"He's not expected to be the coach long term," Smith said of Vogel. "There's a reason why, whether it was Monty Williams, whether it was Ty Lue or anybody else, the caveat was that you had to accept Jason Kidd on your squad as a developmental coach."
Smith went on to say Kidd's history off the floor, which has included allegations of spousal abuse and a DUI arrest, played into the Lakers not wanting to make him their head coach immediately. He described Vogel as a "safe" choice but won't be long for a star-craved Lakers front office.
"You can expect Jason Kidd to be the next head coach for the Los Angeles Lakers within two years," Smith said.

He's a walking liability. But as an associate head coach the players love, is brilliant and we can cut ties on his next fak up? YOU'RE HIRED Plus he's a local legend. I'm cool with it. Vogel should be secure in his 3 years I suppose the Lakers are "protecting" themselves cause technically once LeBron in theory is done in 3 years why be attached to a coach who was brought in to chip up when it's time to, gulp, rebuild again!?! Omfg we are DOOMED!!! This is entirely on Jimmy short Buss and fakking Kobe. I wanna switch teams Sooooo bad... Lol
