Looking at Embiid's stats, there's no way he could be considered a bust. He's also a 2x AS and a 2x All-Defense guy.
So what is it? Why does he seem so underwhelming?
Is it his low-work-ethic, or the fact that he's constantly hurt?

But no one can argue that that list above is pretty underwhelming for being 1-pick away form the top overall. Some of them need a change of scenery and some I think have ishty work ethics. Parker was notorious for being out of shape. Ingram is now blossoming and there is still hope for some of them. Ja will be a star but being in Memphis may hamper his exposure unless they start making playoff runs. |
