The Sixers, Cavaliers, Bulls, and Celtics are among the teams that have looked into trading up. The Clippers, who own the 12th and 13th picks, have also had multiple discussions about that possibility I wonder who the bulls are targeting. whoever it is if they trade up they are going to overpay and be idiots again.

Spurs have heard from multiple “serious suitors,” including the Celtics, Cavaliers, and Sixers. However, executives don’t anticipate a Kawhi deal being made before or during the draft.

IF I am the Spurs GM, the question is can I get better value before/during the draft or better value around the trade deadline. With the spurs though and how they draft can't fault them if they choose to wait. The question is does KW choose to sit out and has he made that decision yet. If so Spurs may be forced to take action.

Hawks ownership has pushed for Euroleague guard Luke Doncic with the No. 3 pick because of star power. The compromise between the front office and ownership could be trading down and then selecting Oklahoma point guard Trae Young.

The Memphis Grizzlies are in discussions with a number of teams to trade the No. 4 pick in Thursday's NBA draft, league sources told ESPN. Any such trade would likely include forward Chandler Parsons, whose contract is considered an albatross because of his knee problems.
The Grizzlies have several potential trade partners, as the Dallas Mavericks, Orlando Magic, Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, Denver Nuggets, Boston Celtics and LA Clippers have shown varying degrees of interest in a deal, a source told ESPN.
The Grizzlies don’t want to move out of the lottery altogether, so teams picking within a few spots of Memphis will likely have the best odds of making a deal, which could be bad news for a club like Boston.
According to sources, the Grizzlies don't anticipate the most serious proposals to arrive until they are on the clock Thursday, shortly before 8 p.m. ET.

Please, Nuggets, don't take on Parsons' contract
The Mavericks, Magic, Bulls, Knicks, and Clippers have expressed interest in moving into the Hawks’ No. 3 slot to select either Euroleague guard Luka Doncic or possibly Texas center Mohamed Bamba if the Kings pass on Doncic at No. 2.
That group, along with the Nuggets, has also talked to the Grizzlies at the No. 4 spot. The Celtics don’t appear to be a serious contender for either pick

Cavs should try to use their pick to make this happen
The Hornets’ willingness to deal Kemba Walker has waned since they reached an agreement with the Nets to trade Dwight Howard for Timofey Mozgov. The Cavaliers have shown interest in solving their point guard dilemma by acquiring Walker.

The Sixers discussed the possibility of packaging the No. 10 and 26 picks, along with last year’s top pick Markelle Fultz, to move into the top five of the draft with Michael Porter Jr. as their target. However, lingering concerns over Porter’s back have cooled their interest in making that move.
